概述

Nineteen 是一款本地记账 App。Nineteen 不要求注册账号，不收集、不上传、不出售任何个人信息，也不包含广告或第三方统计 SDK。

数据存储

你记录的账单、账户、分类、预算和汇率等全部数据只保存在你的设备上，开发者无法访问。若你开启了 iPhone 的 iCloud 或电脑备份，这些数据会随系统备份一同保存，由 Apple 依其隐私政策处理。

网络访问

Nineteen 联网仅用于获取公开汇率：App 会向汇率服务 open.er-api.com 发送请求，请求中只包含本位币代码（如 CNY），不包含任何账单或个人数据。该服务可能按惯例记录访问日志（如 IP 地址），适用其自身的隐私政策。你也可以手动设置汇率。

导出与备份

CSV 导出和 JSON 备份文件只会在你主动操作时生成，并通过系统分享面板由你决定保存或发送到何处。Nineteen 不会自动上传这些文件。

删除数据

删除 Nineteen App 即会从设备上清除其全部数据。

儿童隐私

Nineteen 不面向儿童收集任何信息。

Privacy Policy (English)

Nineteen is an offline-first expense tracker. It requires no account and does not collect, upload or sell any personal data. It contains no ads and no third-party analytics. All records stay on your device. The only network request fetches public exchange rates from open.er-api.com and contains nothing but your base currency code. Exports and backups are created only when you ask and are shared through the system share sheet at your direction. Deleting the app deletes all of its data. Effective October 15, 2026.
